Channel registration

Post by alkagord »

I find that it would be necessary to simplify the procedure of recording of the channels.

Indeed so some supporters does not speak much (due to lack of time very often) the probability that the recording of the channel is accepted is rather reduced.

Why not use a system of recording as on the network of freenode?

Well... a channelregistration takes up to 10 days now..
In these 10 days the admins verify if the channel really belongs to the one applying(and of course other factors), if they would decrease the registrationperiod it would be impossible to check if the channel really belongs to the applicant..
And i don't think you would be pleased if you see another guy registering your channel in just a few seconds..

Well, this is just my opinion about it.

I have to tell you that the 10-12 days ideea of cservice is very smart...I do like the ideea because the cservice prevents lamers or any other bad things in your channel. AND trust me if your channel has enough support from his user...and there is no abuse...the channel will easily get registered.I think the CService registration process is simple and easy !
thats only my opinion !

Couldn't you have done this on IRC, not a forum?
8 sensless posts following 3 posts that had something to say is a bit much if you ask me. This is a FORUM, for posting ideas and comments, not for "getting jokes". If you so badly wanted to do this on a forum, just create your own topic "inane joke" and post there, but don't bother users that want to read about channel registraion here with your jokes.

sheeeessshhhh!
Can't we have fun around here anymore?!
Plus.. the first post was supposed to be in CService help section of the forum... plus the topic was already discussed before... plus the users posting should do a "search" (see the right top of the page) before posting... plus... i thought that the forums are made for people to join in the same place, to discuss serious matters or foolish ones.
What matters is to have FUN !!!
Let's smile, laugh, laugh out loud, roll on the flor laughing and so on.
Chill... it's only an IRC forum. Nothing more.
Enjoy life! Enjoy the weather... NIK(censored)!

Don't be so hard on yourself, JeepC77. Not everyone has the humorous side with themself when they visit the forums. :P

Sorry, I gotta agree, topics should contain stuff about the topic itself, you can use personal messages or start a separate topic if you wanna complain about something else.
Don't bother reading, I'm just the lame botlender, right ?
