Hey
why coders can't make option that allow users to make x set lock modes +r +rm +m
on floods this well help alot in avoiding huge floods like
/msg x set <channel> notice-flood 1:1 +m
or /msg x set <channel> join-flood 3:2 +rm
X sets protection modes

one simple reason, this would make gnuworld slower. and this is why the FLOODPRO was removed years ago too.KiSsEr wrote:Hey

Go to hell with your questions, my time is done here. It was fun, but this network is sooooo corrupted by morons, its not worth it.
More accurately, X is usermode +d, deaf to channel text, this includes notices, which obviously makes X useless at detecting such floods since it can't see them.
As for join flood, check out X's floating limit feature instead.
