At this time the most X does to record that kind of history can be found with /msg X INFO yourusername while logged in (the Last hostmask: line) and as interesting as that sounds, do you really want X tracking your every move?

/msg X GIVEOWNER Gives total control over a channel to another user.

/msg X REQUESTOWNER Requests ownership of a channel on which there are no owners.

These three are too easily hacked this way, all they would need is your username, the web system we have in place is to help ensure your security when doing these operations.

Honestly, the first sounds interesting, but may have storage issues, the latter 3 not so good :(

xplora has already made a thread about this, what does the invite flag have to do with anything you posted in this thread?

dontuta, I think Those commands are too easy for Username hackers to create chaos.
Even if an user accidently gives out his password using a BNC or by some other method. The person who would hack his/her username would suddenly change e-mail of the username.
For the manager change command It also includes high risk.
These kind of processes are perfect when it comes to using the webpage. Direct Usage of this procedure on IRC is of high risk.
And as for history, xplora has already posted a topic in Announcements section, It seems to be a very useful X command. Hope you understand.
Regards,
Hawk.

The AUTHHISTORY suggested here, and the HISTORY being surveyed are 2 different things, AUTHHISTORY would be about tracking your login history, ie extending your LAST LOGIN info to show the last 5+, that kind of thing. The HISTORY being surveyed is about channel tracking of command usage such as adduser/remuser/modinfo (excluding modinfo invite), suspend/unsuspend, and ban/unban.

I think this is a good ideea, "/msg X AUTHHISTORY View auth history for an account." Think about that xplora and talk with your members on Undernet.

Yeah, That's not a bad suggestion. The fact is that it gives users more features and provides them option to check their username's security, As a result the username problems might be decreased and people wouldn't have to ask cservice officials for everything.

Ideas for CService X: I will use my channel. :) (Ideas for channels)

1) /msg x set #1 NoAdd ON/OFF ---> Only channel Manager can add new users (access)

2) /msg x set #1 ProtChan ON/OFF ---> Users with access 25-499 cannot use: /msg x ban #1 *!*@* & mass KICK (Prot. chan command)

3) /msg x set #1 ProtectOps ON/OFF ---> Cannot kick/ban. Channel Operators (Only channel Manager) (@ protection like +q)

4) /msg x set #1 TopicLock ON/OFF ---> Only channel Manager can change the channel topic by X.

(If you like any ideas just reply if not keep silent :P)
