well, #userguide certainly has the most well traineed helpers always providing correct and complete answers.
I've been volunteering on Undernet since 2000, and UG is a project that requires the most dedication and hard work. The training sessions last very long, unlike most help channels, and during that time you really get indepth training on all topics.
Keep up the great work #UserGuide.

I see many posts about ideas, making the channel grow, making the channel better. So everyone tell me, and tell me honestly. If it were you, because I have my own ideas for improvement, but am always open to better ideas and new prospects, if it were you, and you had to follow how User-Com Projects were run, what would everyone do to make it better? What would everyone like to see happen there? What would everyone change from the way it is now? I invision it becoming a great help channel and growing so fast we can't keep up with my plans, but as stated, everyone would have to help get us better known and staffed. If you have ideas on these things, send us an email (userguide@undernet.org)and tell us how you think on all this. Never know, you might have the best ideas of the century, for I feel, without everyone here on Undernet, we don't have anything anyways.

Maybe #userguide should have a complete team (I mean enough helpers to have always one online) before thinking to 'grow'. The first thing to do is to have aviable helpers 'coz there are many people that just join/ask/part without any help. That point must be the first step.
