The judge problem

Post by abisi »

The judge has a problem, X does not come automatically to the channels that have been registered. X must come to the registered channels in the shortest possible time. What are the adjustments?

actually the manager has to set autojoin ON or to call X on his newly registered channel, there's no way that X will join the channel automatically after the app has been accepted and the channel got registered.

Once you've set
/msg X set #channel autojoin ON
X will automatically join the channel, there's no need to perform both commands just set autojoin to on.
What does autojoin do? It will make X join the channel automatically when it reconnects from a possible net split or a maintenance issue.
Autojoin can be performed by the channel manager only. JOIN can be performed by any 450+ channel op.

But why shouldn't we come with an idea like: Make X join the channel automatically when the application is accepted and the channel gets registered but only by The Judge and REGPROC?

If channels are registered and accepted by only The Judge and REGPROC, this has been done already. But still, it does not pass from the channel traffic and everyone is having this problem/

the channel traffic? what it has to do with the judge? X is monitoring the traffic from the channel made by the supporters during the registration process, The Judge is a bot. browse the forum and see what the judge is. and the other one is not automatically, it's being done manually by the administrators who has access to accept an application and it shows as registered by REGPROC instead of the admin name.

Hello

I doubt, If he were talking about the undernet X service, He would ask it on the cservice section.

Apparently, He has his own server, and he wanted to know why registration process takes so much time to be accepted, Normally Thejudge and REGPROC should interfere between to the registration process to give out the final decision, But it takes too much time <- considering that as what he were asked;

First of all, REGPROC is not equal the Thejudge system, REGPROC is something different, Like a shadow, Cservice admins gives out their decisions through that name REGPROC. According the Thejudge system, it is interfering between to accept the applications by itself without being affected by an admins, If there is no one objection has been sent, and all is ok then it will interfere between to accept it. I think you should install some things for that option.

All of your need is just give a look here viewtopic.php?f=1&t=2134&p=19795&hilit=the+judge#p19795
