Pending Channel Notification and The Judge

Post by andrew1 »

For Pending Channels Notification, channels service don't notice any channel even it is traffic monitored

-channels.dronet.eu:#debug-channel- [X] Loaded Pending Channels, there are currently 1 channels being traffic monitored.
-channels.dronet.eu:#debug-channel- [X] Loaded Pending Channels notification list, I have just notified 0 channels that they are under registration.

ps: the channel is about 6 days in pending (traffic monitored) but no one pending notification in this channel in 6 days :(

Is possible that The Judge register the channel in max 1 day???

My settings are:

set SQL_DB "cservice"
set SQL_USER "gnuworld"
set SQL_PASS "pass"
set SQL_HOST "remote_ip_database"

# Number of seconds in a day, I suggest you do not change this ;)
set DAY 86400

# Number of days an application has to pass the activity test
set MAX_DAYS 1

# Number of unique IP's that must visit a channel during the activity test
set UNIQUE_JOINS 1

# Number of supporters that must visit the channel during the activity test
set MIN_SUPPORTERS 1

# Duration of the notify period
set NOTIFY_DAYS 1

# Number of days supporters have to confirm their support
set SUPPORT_DAYS 1

# The Judge's Reviewer ID
set REVIEWER_ID 1

# These are better left alone
set AS_PENDING_SUPPORT 0
set AS_TRAFFIC_CHECK 1
set AS_NOTIFICATION 2
set AS_COMPLETED 3
set AS_CANCELLED 4
set AS_PENDREVIEW 8
set AS_REJECTED 9

path: /usr/local/pgsql/regproc
crontab:
15,45 * * * * /usr/local/pgsql/regproc/appjudge >> /usr/local/pgsql/regproc/judge.log
59 23 * * * /usr/local/pgsql/regproc/cycle-judge

You can tell me please, what is wrong here and why?? may be i'm stupid and i don't understand enough this variables :"> . Thx a lot

You can even set it to register instantly, with the desired number of suporters, Check in the web panel in the admin section.
i am not sure where it is, but i know its at the same place where you can set the USER Registration and Channel Registration ON or OFF.

i wish i could help out more, but i don't really know how to set up gnuworld proprelly without the guide (Step by Step)
Go to hell with your questions, my time is done here. It was fun, but this network is sooooo corrupted by morons, its not worth it.

make sure pgtclsh exists in your postgresql bin dir

updatedb
or /usr/libexec/locate.updatedb for freebsd
locate pgtclsh

the judge and the registration process doesnt work without it.

If you want to get X in a channel in 24hours you could try to change
set DAY 86400 to set DAY 43200

1 day will actually be half of a day.

And after your current settings the supporter has 12 hours to confirm his support and pass traffic checking stage.
If the above stage is passed then in the next 12 hours the notice from channels.* will appear in the channel to inform users about the app.

Note: When channel steps in notification the application has to be marked as reviewed by one cservice admin/representative with access on site so it can get automatically registered by the judge. (If not at the end of those 12 hours in notification the status will change into Ready for review and will stay like that till someone will consider to take a look over it :)
