I do have a little suggestion for these forums.

It would actually be great if Admins/Staff and coders would answer to threads in this section regarding ideas to Undernet. Like the "Increase nick length" thingy. We post and post, but never seem to get any answer to our prayers.

From time to time it seems hopeless to even try. Only an idea :)

9 character nicknames' length is RFC 1459 (Irc protocol) compliance. Stretch your imagination and think in a cool, unique 9-chars nickname. It's one of the things that makes Undernet unique, imho.

Hehe. I was not saying that it was bad to have only nine charakters, only good to have more. I don't know much about these protocols, only that, in regarding to this post, I think most of us would want what I am trying to escort out here. :wink:

I don't think i'm in the right place to much...but i'll place my comment in this topic. This is a small comment on the latest Undernet Annuncement which states that Romanian and German languages have been added, + 600 new avatars. I don't know about German but i know Romanian language was available for some time now...and all those 600 avatras in the general section seem to be exactly same as Faces with the exception of 3 4...

Yes, I commented the 600 avatars in "General" to be much alike those in "Faces" (if not exactly the same).

since i didn't got any clue where to post it, and i didn't wanted to make a totally new topic... Will the "10 Yrs Of CService" be celebrated, if so, suggestions on how they could do it? ;)

I don't know what you think a party is but on the 10 aniversary there was nothing more then thousands of people trying to join one channel at the same time, servers geting split people tring to join/part flood and advertise and mostly you had to use +w to see any of the conversations by the ircops and admins, i don't say it wasn't good, it was fun....but it defently wasn't a party lol !

I don't think chatting with 1000's of ppl at the same time would be a good idea, guess it will be a non-alcoholic chat... games... hmmm nah... ok bad idea :lol:
