New X command: Multiban

Post by Eenie »

[19:04] -G- A new feature has been added to X allowing multiple bans to be set using a single command. Type " /msg x motd " for more info or join #cservice for further help with it.

A new feature has just been added to X called multiban, which allows you to set multiple bans(up to 10) with one command. The command for this is the same as a normal ban but with a comma-seperated list of nicks and/or hostmasks. /msg X ban <#channel> ban1,ban2,ban3 [duration] [level] [reason]

Never thought I'd see the day Undernet supported mass bans.

The only thing that I don't like about it for now is that all the bans are showed in one line, bleah.
I like organised stuffs, it would of been more neat to see something like:

[09/10/10 - 13:15:31] * shield sets mode: +r
[09/10/10 - 13:15:31] * shield sets mode +b *!*@ip-78-137-130-27.dub-3rk.metro.digiweb.ie
[09/10/10 - 13:15:31] * shield sets mode +b *!*@78-69-157-230-no176.tbcn.telia.com
[09/10/10 - 13:15:31] * shield sets mode +b *!*@68.200-78-194.adsl-fix.skynet.be
[09/10/10 - 13:15:31] * shield sets mode +b *!*@70.35.168.23

instead of:
[09/10/10 - 13:15:31] * shield sets mode: +rbbbb *!*@ip-78-137-130-27.dub-3rk.metro.digiweb.ie *!*@78-69-157-230-no176.tbcn.telia.com *!*@68.200-78-194.adsl-fix.skynet.be *!*@70.35.168.23
It would make it more easily for more to look through logs and stuffs :)

Keep it up guys, and bring some new stuff monthly if you can!
Go to hell with your questions, my time is done here. It was fun, but this network is sooooo corrupted by morons, its not worth it.
