connection timed out

I am new to undernet.
please can anyone tell me why i cannot connect to undernet?
On any server it tells me Unable to connect to server (Connection timed out)
When i instaled mirc it worked for the first day but the second day was unable to connect every time

I am in the same situation and the "connect" (winsock function) step failed. This starts like 4 days ago. But 3 days ago worked once.
