Stop Terrorism !

Post by OzzY »

Last week terrorists bombed two Jewish Synagogues in Istanbul, Turkey and 20+ people were killed.

Two days ago (20 November) they bombed two British targets in Istanbul.
One is HSBC’s Turkish head office (Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation) and other is British consulate. A total of 30 people were killed, and loads injured.

Al-Qaeda and the Islamic militant group IBDA-C had jointly carried out the attacks, but that is NOT important
Lots of people were killed because of TERRORISM.

This attacks are not the first and they'll not be the last. Everybody know 11 September and other terror attacks.
So terrorism is a GLOBAL problem.

mate, I think it's a good idea to remind all of our short life and how unsafety it is. but, because there is no action that can be taken on Undernet, I fail to see the purpose of this topic. Maybe if you would suggest something to be done about this, there will be more people willing to participate at this.

First of all, I'm apologize about all terrorist attack in the world. To fight for terrorism, we shall fight the cause of it. The cause why people become terrorist. Here on Undernet, there's also a terrorist. But the differences is they are Internet terrorist such as flooder, spammer, hacker, cracker etc. They always doing a bad things, using other credit card to gain shell access etc, gaining eye-droppers at cyber cafe etc. Here, we also have to fight for Internet Terrorist! And for those who support it, they will be consider as Internet Terrorist too.

When a terrorist group tries to become organized, they tries to find staff members.
How can they make their ideas known?
First of all, generally they publish newspapers, magazines or books. And now they are on Internet.
I know lots of terrorist group websites. (I don't want to give the URLs.)
But lots of hosting firms don't care about them or they support these groups.
For example, after attacks to British targets, one of the British hosting firm closed ibda-gundem.org which is terrorist group website.

Here is the some channels which are REGISTERED.
#Al-Qaeda (15 people in access list) - seems dead
#hamas (16 people in access list) - active
#IRA (32 people in access list) - active

Why are they on Undernet? Because they want to spread their ideas...
If cservice purge these channels, nothing will change. They'll open new ones again, and cservice doesn't care whats happening in the channels too. There are lots of registered racist channels.

Channel Services (X) will not be provided for any channel involved in child pornography, the trading of warez or any copywritten material including mp3's and dvd's or the illegal trading of credit cards, passwords etc. We will no longer register any bot lending, shell or bnc (vhosts) channels.

And 'yes', you are right Lestat, there is nothing to do about that on Undernet. But I do NOT want to see dead people who were killed. So I post that message to protest and to learn other's ideas, feelings...

that is silly! i am the co-manager of #cocaina and that doesn't mean that it has anything to do with cocain. I am a member in #nude and that has nothing to do with pornography. IRC channels are rarely the subject of anything else except computers and internet subjects. I think they try to register the channel or just keep it. I think a lot of channels have questionable names, but ussualy there is no connection between the name and the channel activity. And i say ussualy because it might exist though I have never heard of any that doesn't apply to the rule. So mate, cool down. If there is actual terrorist activities on Undernet, try to get some evidence, and measures will be taken! Otherwise they are inocent until proven guilty. And maybe they really are inocent, at least that is what I think from my IRC experience.

You reap what you sow, gentleman. You sow violence, discrimination, poberty, hunger in the world, you reap death.

Now the US and its western allies control the crude reserves for the next 200 years. Where is Saddam ? Where are the massive destruction weapons ? WHO CARES !! They've got the crude !! They bombed and slaughtered the Iraqi people and then they complain of being killed in Baghdad's streets ? Ironic. Execrable. They are simply reaping what they sowed. No wonder.

400 billions of dollars is now the budget of the almighty U.S. Department of Defense (DoD). With that money invested in aid and co-operation projects all over the world, I'm pretty sure that poberty and rage will significantly decrease in the world. But hey! The U.S. government investing in peace ?? It's more profitable to invest in wars, in weapons, in death.

This is the world where we live in. Look at the eyes of the palestinian, kurd, southamerican, african children and you'll see the kind of world we will have tomorrow, when they grow up. Bombing Iraq, Afghanistan, the Kurdistan will end with the terrorism ??

By the way, I am by NO means justifying the use of any kind of violence. But the causes of it are clear and there are people who don't want to see them.

Well guys for one there are no rules in war, everything goes,
what we did in iraq tru, was not, good , but we as soldiers had to do what we were ordered, like it or not, we have nothing against anyone , yes people died , thats how things are in this world we live in today, i lost a friend in iraq, and they lost many of theres, i am sorry to say, for ether side, me and my companions that have been there , we do not talk about thos things that much anymore, we are not proud of what happened and we canot do anything about it either, i dont understan how people can give such an opinion without even beeing there, i am a marine, and we took orders, dont blame us, things are way more complex than what is said, the world does not know most of the story, only what they want u to hear. this is not an argument , i am just saying. no matter what the americans have done in the past or whatever that does not justify what there did in sept 11, u were not there u did not see the people the faces of the famillies, u did not have to clean up, and then u did not have to leave ur famillie to go to another country, to fight a war , not only the americans start it but it takes 2 to tango, well this is what i think, and yes there are people who watch undernet for that kind of activitie. thanx for reading

i have been a user of undernet before and after i left,

why the heck do you give terrorists exactly what they want ?

MEDIA ATTENTION

If noone would care about there action (yes I know it sounds rude) then they will stop. The only reason why they do it is to get this attention by all media, and as long as they get that, they will go on.

Stop terrorism by STFU about it !

Coderz:

Something(s) you said make me SERIOUSLY doubt you are a United States Marine. Our Marines do not live in Canada. And they have a high school education.

Why can't people be honest and responsible on the Internet?

Outsider, I strongly disagree with you. You cannot turn your head to avoid seeing the reality. That's not only coward but irresponsible. Our weapons against violence, of any kind, must be education, culture, love, comprehension, tolerance. The truth will set us free.

Lucky to live in democracy, where human rights and dignity are decently respected, we cannot, we must not turn our heads to what happens in the world. Intolerance, ignorance, discrimination, abuse, human explotation precisely feed the violence and later it only generates more violence in crescendo.

You want to stop terrorism? Teach your kids comprehension, tolerance, cooperation, friendship, to share with the ones that don't have anything. If they grow up with these values, we'll be building a solid base for a viable and peaceful future.

All my best

carlos, why you think they perform terrorism ?

Simply because they want to get attention for there cause, the more, the better.
When they realize, that no matter how hard they try, they won't get it, they will realize it's useless, and will stop. It's as simple as that.

Maybe you indeed should not turn your head away, but don't give them the big credits and spent a lot of attention on those occurances and make such news worldwide like CNN likes to do where they spend complete hours of analysis, big footages etc etc etc, just to be able to get more viewers and gain more marketshare.

Sorry to say, terrorism, death, violence and all other forms of cruelty are big buiseniss for the media.
Don't bother reading, I'm just the lame botlender, right ?
