Could you two please stick to the topics here in the forum? If you have a valid opinion or information to share, feel free, but posting for the fun of posting with no real point in mind gets annoying to the readers.

Thanks,
Eenie :)

Why/how did this topic get 'accidentally' locked? I see no abuse that would justify locking it. It is the spirit of this forum to be able to offer opinions and comments.

I use Opera as my browser, and I cannot read undernet's news site... m ... I see one > at the left and no news. A friend who uses Opera has the same problem. Not sure when this began, probably in the last few months. Not everyone uses IE I am assuming this is the appropriate place to post this bug r...

I have to agree. There are many, many dedicated ircops on undernet, to whom I am grateful for their dedication and hard work here. But I have encountered one who allowed a guest in his home to use his o-line to kill people they did not like. Other ircops were informed of this abuse, and nothing seem...

The argument that you suggest is "stale and archaic," is precicely the reason we do not need to use our resources to register nicks as well as usernames on undernet. Because our system works. (As I posted earlier, identity should never be a problem on undernet if one /whoises the person they are con...

...As far as that making Undernet a better place, I feel it is questionable. I suppose you may have never encountered the frustartion of someone using the nick you have used for 10 years and is soliciting for prostitution or sending malicious codes, virus or spamming under that nick It happens regu...

Hey Simba :)

Thanks for replying; it just seems that in a month, all this would have been sorted out and maybe the users could have something posted.

I love the idea of people having a voice here.

Undernet has a webchat page. Just look up at the menu on this very page, click on Webchat. However, you can only join the 'select' channels that are posted there. So if you want to be able to join any channel on undernet via the web, check out m you have to add an undernet server in the box and type...
