Passed more than a year and not even one single newsletter was issued, I know. Not my problem. I needed to leave it's management in order to have an English native run it. Well, you can see it now.. ;)

also Undernet User Script has released several versions. The last version is v1.2.1 - You can download it from http://www.user-com.undernet.org/uus/

The installation can be done within seconds. You can load just a single file and does all the job, instead of the installer :)

MrEen, a version for Vista or W7 will be released, the single thing that will be changed is to install the script into the %APPDATA% folder and that fixes the issue :-) Also, modifying anything in start.uus will make the section you modified not to load anymore :-) That's a prevention for corrupted ...

As I mentioned and MrEen did too, a higher version of 6.3 is installing the configuration files and the default mIRC directory is the one from the %APPDATA% folder and not the one you install it to.
