Channels are almost always untagged within 24 hours if the manager login before any change was done. No needs for bots, the admins dealing with these issues already have tools to make it easier and faster than looking at every chan one by one

This already works, if you ban *!*@username.users.undernet.org the user cannot join if he is logged in with the username in the banmask, even if he is not +x. I just tested to be sure
