But when you create a channel regarding a certain subject, then LET THE USERS talk about that subject within the guidelines that you as an op have set. I'd like to address the really pathetic practice of those who come into channels and sit like bumps on a log for hours and never speak. And when they are messaged, they never respond. Now I don't believe it should be MANDATORY that if you enter a channel you MUST chat, but don't you think that doing...
