Well I experienced the same problem a couple of days ago. I guess the packages from CVS were updated lately because it used to work back in June. Anyway, I got a archive containg the packages which were available on CVS on March 2007. http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=6921

Oh well, I solved this one too.
Ah, there is a setting in mod.cservice/cservice.cc and modified that.

Chanfix: Uncomment the chanfix module in GNUWorld.conf by removing the # which is before.
Make sure that 'sendmail' is running.
