No, sir. I have an issue with the fact that you draw the line where it comforts you. Be aware of the fact that while racism is a belief and therefore cannot be regulated, it's main field of ideas is based on promoting racial discrimination, which is against the law in all the countries that have rat...

I was referring to the validity and righteousness of such opinions. And not to the opinion itself, to which, certainly, anybody is entitled. Again I say, you might think whatever you want, you are entitled to that too. But you may not say whatever you wish. Freedom of speech can go only so far as no...

My dear SilverSword, you totally missed the point, but that's fine. It is hard to change mentalities, especially if the level of intelligence is below average. But while the former can be changed, the latter... well, not so much. You have yet to provide any evidence that racism is not a matter of op...

Oh, I see. So that's how it works! If I don't accept your answers, you may close the topic. And then, let me guess: the meaning of a discussion would be to accept eachother's answers. Well, then I don't think I would except too much that you explain me, like for a 5 year old, how this is not incompa...

You cannot give a good answer on a fairly simple question. You close topics when you cannot argue anymore. You delete posts that make you unconfortable, although there was no offensive language whatsoever in them. You don't respect the rules that you have created and enforced on others. And you say ...

I didn't know if it would be removed. That was a good guess based on the fact that I know how xplora reacts to criticism. On the other hand, it is also highly probable that you haven't even read that "first" topic. If you did, you probably would have understood why I had to open a new one....

Racism and undernet (2)

I have decided to repeat this post in this subforum as a continuation of Racism and Undernet , as here xplora cannot delete it, like he did 2 times so far. Here is the post: You have really crossed the line. But you will also have to ban me if you don't want to see my post. Here is my original post ...

That's right. Moreover, racism is incomparably more reprehensible than botlending. That's why I was asking. But your post doesn't come even close to an answer. The channel registration AUP prohibits registration for many reasons, among which there are a few that you could also "not compare"...

I am not objecting to that first quote. What I am criticising is the second one, where you as an explanation for registering #KKK referred to the freedom of speech, which is a false statement . Not only isn't the registration required to respect the freedom of speech, as you say, but it has nothing ...

I wonder if others share your "viewing angle" also on that.

Funny how your "viewing angles" can change so suddenly...

My explanation is was about any channel, Registration is another thing, and does not need to respect freedom of speech. Yet, in this thread you wrote: Yes Undernet believes in free speech, if we didn't channels like #KKK wouldn't be registered, and would probably be closed... Which one is it now?

Somebody think that Racism is bad, other that is good; That is no problem, that is personal thinking..... How old are you? Of all the people, you who live in Macedonia (if that is true) should know it better. Judgement on racism is not a matter of personal opinion. It's simply wrong. And while you ...

jasee, you seem to have forgotten that the freedom of speech - although a constitutional right - can go only as far as it does not damage or wrong the life or the dignity of the person(s) being talked to. Actually, unknowingly, you defined the very point, where the person expressing his opinion is s...

Advertising a channel (or almost anything unsolicited ) in another channel is generally considered spamming. Even the law says so. (Take a good look at the CAN-SPAM act of 2003, for example.) But if the (best) response for such a gesture is the G-line, well... that's at least questionnable, if not a...

It doesn't. :)

Besides, while Undernet has users from all around the Globe, that piece of law is effective (if at all on this matter) only in the U.S.
