Re: Undernet Drones

Well with the advent of the mIRC script, and eggdrop script that will completely handle IAUTH, now what does Undernet intend on doing? Already their precious solution to the problems of drones and such on the network, has now been foiled, and no longer a viable solution. Anyone?

Re: Undernet Drones

And then again if someone would've care; someone from the top i'm sure he/she would've do a long time ago something We debate because we do care Spidel. We generate discussion because we KNOW that there are server admins that share the SAME feelings as we do, but their hands are tied due to the ign...

Re: Undernet Drones

Drones are a symptom, not the cause of the problem, Undernet chooses to fight the cause While this approach in the medical industry may be a sound practice, I must say that the "surgery" being performed on this network to "treat the cause" is to say the least, borderline malprac...

Re: Undernet Drones

While we agree that there isn't much being done in the way of efficient removal of drones from the network, it would be bad to cast a shadow on ALL admins. There ARE admins out there that do care, but their hands are tied due to Undernet politics. We can only hope, by having this discussion that it ...

Re: Undernet Drones

I agree 100% with Sanitarium. It's time that someone on this network did something that made sense. REGEX patterns that San is speaking of, are indeed 99.999% accurate, they will stop these specific types of drones (the ones in red he posted especially). I challenge every server admin to try it, and...

In Memory of Jail

I just want to step up and thank

Thanks to the coders for doing a great job with the latest release. I for one, appreciate all the new modes, and having read and understood them, think they'll make Undernet a bit more efficient and managable in the long run. Ok, now that the kudos are out of the way, a question... With +A, is there...
