channel name change

hi all. i was thinking that it would be a good improovement to have a new form on cservice website for channel managers to allow them to change the name of their registered channel. what do you think of that?

Who named that 400? Any level has to be earned, especially administrator level. The day channel owners will stop giving out administrator level as lollypops, this problem will disappear. even if he's a trusted user, it doesn't mean he can't turn against you some day and decide to create chaos in yo...

I would like to take capsunel ideea further more ( sorry for my bad english ) : what if the channel manager could set a minimum access level for the /msg x ban <chan> *!*@* command .that way , only trusted people ( if the minimum its set on 499 ) or him ( the 500 ) could ever use it . Or how about ...

get a life and stop begging for privileges like those poor lame romanians in #cservice greeting every admin and official that comes around hoping someday one will notice them and give them accesses and other stuff.

yes, appears that they're more busy with linking new servers than to improve and stabilize the network. i wonder why they're still upgrading server versions if they'll never be applied.

so, does this mean we can log two clones to the same username (one with 500 and the other with 399) ? can another person log to my user while i'm logged with 399 if he knows my password?

well, X, like every undernet server has an administrator that maintains it. it can't be run by the entire csc because x is only one machine like every undernet server. i want to know who the maintainer is, the one who owns the machine and has physical access to it. this is the top chief i'm talking ...

who owns cservice?

i know this may sound dumb but i am curious who is top-level boss of channel service. at http://cservice.undernet.org/ it says that cservice is maintained by csc but it doesn't tell who is chief admin of cservice and what person/company owns the X/cservice servers.
