Those notices (SELECT queries) are automated, they execute every so often to get web notices for the bot itself. So dont worry about those, they arent errors, they're debug logs. As for the unavailability, you'll need to troubleshoot. Is it saying locally (L) or remotely (R) at the end of the error ...

heh look at the date and see how old it is. So NO you arent running the current CVS version. Refer to the gnuworld howto and itll tell you everything about setting up gnuworld properly, including having the latest CVS versions of it.

The two above posts could very well be possible. This bug is not entirely reproducable since +r is set many times a day on other channels and works just fine. But if it is a code error, we probably would have noticed it by now. If there are any more steps you can include to reproduce it, let us know.
