hey, i haven't been able to get onto undernet in four months or so, 'cause i always get bounced off with message: "too many connections from your host". Is there a way to avoid this? (my isp uses dynamic ip, sometimes we are seen as clones: could this be part of the problem?)

Maybe you are virused with some virus what connecting to the undernet network.. Also some virus can clone it self.. I'd suggest you run The Cleaner. You can download a trial version at http://www.moosoft.com/thecleaner/download.php hope that will solve your problem.

kalman,

this is most likely due to you being behind a proxy/NAT/Firewall etc, where say a internet cafe, or other type group and the like.

Undernet only allows 2-3 connects per IP address, so if your group has say 10/20 etc, it's likely you'll get the message you are experiencing now.

the only way around this is to seek the permission of a server administrator to provide you with an I:line so you may connect to Undernet.
