 Post subject: Too many open files in system

Hello i run IRCD&GNUWORLD on a DEBIAN server, and
after i've installed postgresql... i tryied the web...
it worked but after a few minutes i got this error.

do a ps x, check what is running, if there is something running that you don't use. kill it.

none of the commands work

ps/w/uname -a , u name it and wont work
