I can never connect to the tampa server due to too many connections from my ISP. All IPs from this ISP (Bright House Netowrks) end in bhn.net such as res.bhn.net and many are in central florida and the tampa server is perfect for them. Is there anyway you can up the ammount of bhn.net allowed connections to the tampa server? I know this is the reason because I can connect from a VPS in tampa and Miami that do not go through BHN network. I either get permission denied when connecting in mIRC or
(Sorry, your connection class is full - try again later or try another server)
when using irssi. Any insight or help on this would be great too!

Tampa is almost always full. It's a very popular server.

You get that message when it's full. I get it all the time. It's normal.

(wensu, I was waiting for someone else to answer.)
