The Following is a guide to using the Channel service help forum.

This is a forum, therefore (like email) help is not immediate, however searching may find your answer before you need to ask it.

Quick help should be asked for on #CService or #Usernames as appropriate. Note, the C in CService means Channel, not customer, for help not related to channel registration or username registration, try #help or #userguide.

Abuse reports should go to cservice-abuse@undernet.org (with logs) for registered channel related abuses, usernames@undernet.org for username related abuses, and abuse@undernet.org for abuses not related to CService.

Again, this is a forum, therefore this is a place where things can be publically discussed.

Please keep all this in mind when posting to this section of the Undernet Forums.

Note: Once a year, all topic's whose last post is older than a year will be removed, in order to keep the responses fresh, since irc like most internet technology is an ever changing medium. (Except this topic).

Please note:

This section can only help with Registered Channels, and Usernames.

This means anything related to Unregistered Channels we can not help with. EXCEPT when asking about how to register an unregistered channel.

Suggestions or Ideas for X or Channel Services can also be discussed here.
