As you all know RDS customers are encountering problems on accessing http://cservice.undernet.org/ and other websites which has undernet.org as domain so I made a little tutorial of how they can resolve it. English Version System operation: XP 1. Please go to Start/Control Panel/Network Connections. 2. Double click on network connections 3. You will see two different internet connection there which are Lan or high-speed internet (Local area connection) and the other one which is on top is Broadband, please click right on the broadband icon and a menu will be displayed then go at Properties. 4. Go at networking and you will see Internet Protocol TCP/IP double click on it or click once and go at Properties. 5. After you are there please insert the following DNS ip addresses but before doing it please select "Use the following DNS server addresses" then insert these DNS ip numbers: 193.231.236.25 193.231.236.30 6. Click ok and reboot your PC and you're done Below are the screenshots of how it's being done: 1st Step: 2nd step: 3rd step: 4th step: Once you have completed all these steps, reboot your PC.

Good work spidel, your effort is highly appreciated and useful. It can serve as directions for those who e-mailed dudu@undernet.org some 2/3 weeks ago and still waiting for an answer. Hopefully the 2 dns addresses you provided will suit everyone.

It just pop up in my head.. that it's useless as USERS can't actually access the undernet.org to see the tutorial, i'll have it hosted on a website.

Sorry the official answer to this problem is users should contact the Bucharest server admin dudu (nickname on irc). This is so he can work with the user and RDS staff to get the problem fixed properly. The above is a workaround, and only a temporary solution, and is not the answer CService can supply.

I wonder what can dudu fix to our home connection? The user needs to contact directly his ISP support/tech dept. to get the issue fixed -- this should be the official answer as its a connectivity issue and the only one who can fix it is the provider not dudu or anyone else from here Currently the customer needs the dns addresses as mentioned above. Anyway, DNS addresses available for Craiova city/town in Romania are: 217.156.101.1 217.156.101.10

"Bucharest server admin dudu" he can do a lot more than contacting the ISP, in fact it should be noted that contacting the ISP has actually made the problem worse not better. dudu is able to get with RDS and actually try to track down the problem and get it fixed properly, this way instead of solving the problem for one person, he's solving it for several in the same area.

The correct name of Romania's capital (in english) is actually Bucharest.

Thats something else, a thing to which I totally agree, only if he can do it

actually this issue can be solved changing DNS server 1 and 2 like spidel told us, but can work with DNS server 1 changed to "8.8.8.8" and DNS server 2 changed to "8.8.4.4"; this is first solution; that solution must to solving this issue/problem, BUT if isn't working with that, type on irc "//run cmd /k ipconfig /all" (without '""') and result copy/paste and sent it to dudu@undernet.org and sure, wait patiently about that.

First of all, We should thanks to Spidel for take time to prepare that solution conveniently. It may NOT be official answer but since there is no any official answer for it's solution except mailing, then Spidel's explanation is great and considerable.
Best Regards! RevivaL

There is an official answer but mailing doesn't do the work apparently. It's been going on for months, almost a year. RDS users who can't access undernet.org sites, can see this thread by using this link http://209.85.135.132/search?q=cache:kh ... clnk&gl=ro it's a cached link.
