Congrats kN, Nice to see your efforts are not being ignored. However, things are not same as before in Cservice, It is good to see some people still can get what they deserved. It must be more cheerful to get on the top step by step with your own successes.

Since this is a channel service help section and those mentioned names are well known cservice people, it's obvious we are talking about channel service promotions.

Well, Revival, no. It is NOT obvious what these promotions are at all.

Are they new ops in CService?

Are they ops who have been promoted to a special position in CService?

Are they none of the above?

Are they a combination of the above?

See, it is NOT obvious just what these people are being congratulated for.

Yes, They were in training for a long period and finally succed to get in staff :)
