Maybe is not possible, maybe is to much work or not necesary but I always ask me why never change the look in the CService site? i don't know maybe another "skin" or some buttons, colors...i don't know someting like that.

Well, I don't think it needs to be changed, myself. There's really nothing wrong with it as it is. It's a fairly clean and functional interface, and to stuck mucking about with it would just create more work.
