Yes, many posts look like they have been posted so the user (spammer) can come back and edit his post or profile to add spam after the post has been approved. In this case, the post you referred to, the user (Philipkangdds69) did just that. So I deactivated his account and removed his spam back in January when his spam appeared.
Forum moderators should be aware that this is some kind of forum spam tool (or an individual deliberately spamming).
The exact format can be seen in a previous post I've answered : http://forum.undernet.org/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=13345
I tend to approve posts that appear somewhat relevant and watch them for spam additions. Then, the accounts are deactivated when I know for sure that was their intent.
Thanks for the heads up. I am watching this user's post and profile and will take action if warranted.
